How does Guest Manager pricing work?
Guest Manager's pricing is simple. Customers can start off with a free account. Once seating over 200 tables per month, customers pay based on total tables entered on the list (not covers or texts sent). Guest Manager paid accounts also include the Guest App, customized messaging and access to the ControlCenter.
Is "Free" really free?
Guest Manager is happy to offer customers their first 200 tables each month for the life of your account. If you go over your your complimentary allotted tables we will simply give you a call and talk about next steps (we'll never automatically shut off your account).
Do I need an iPad?
Not necessarily, while Guest Manager Waitlist+ is an iPad app (available the iTunes App Store) we also have a version that works on a web browser (Google Chrome recommended).
What does "Cancel Anytime, No Contracts" mean?
I know, it sounds too good to be true, but we have no long term contracts to sign and you can cancel at any time. It's that simple.
